James is a transformational senior leader that accelerated multimillion dollar sales growth through leveraging international relationships, marketing concepts, and sales strategies. He is an influential professional that is a natural negotiator and contract closer, instinctively identifying new markets resulting in brand-equity maximization and organizational profitability.

With more than 20 years of experience in international business, James has spent the last 14 years in the Defense, Government, and Outdoors sectors.  He is a collaborative leader that develops high-trust relationships with team members, partners, vendors, and clients.
